The military prosecutor’s office is investigating military personnel who are members of Futuro Nazionale

The investigation follows a complaint lodged by the Military Trade Union. The allegation is that the fascist party has been re-established in breach of the Scelba Act. The public prosecutors’ aim is to ascertain “whether there are any facts falling strictly within their jurisdiction in relation to persons subject to military jurisdiction”.
