Temperatures are set to climb across Greece in the coming days, with heat becoming increasingly noticeable nationwide. Forecast data from the National Meteorological Service indicates generally clear skies, interrupted by brief clouds during the afternoon and evening over mainland areas.

Mountain regions are expected to see localized showers, while isolated thunderstorms are likely mainly in the northern highlands. In western and central Macedonia, unsettled conditions may persist into the evening.

Northern winds will blow at 3 to 5 Beaufort, reaching 5 to 7 in parts of the Aegean. Temperatures are expected to reach 33 to 35 degrees Celsius in most regions, 36 to 37 locally on the mainland, and up to 38 in western mainland areas.

Friday’s outlook remains largely unchanged, with clear weather, scattered mountain showers and isolated northern thunderstorms. On Saturday, temperatures are forecast to edge higher, reaching 31 degrees in the Cyclades, 34 to 36 across most islands, and 37 to 38 degrees Celsius on the mainland.
