A police statement said the 38-year-old Greek man allegedly set up the fully-equipped indoors marijuana operation in the Kapandriti area, near the village of Marathon.
Ten cannabis plants were found and destroyed, as well as more than a kilogram of marijuana and a pair of precision scales for weighing the drugs.
The raid followed a tip-off.
