MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has expanded its open government coalition by signing agreements with eight government agencies, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to advance the PH-OGP 2026 Agenda.
The memoranda of understanding formalized the participation of four government agencies, two academic institutions and two civil society organizations.
The new government partners include the Department of Justice, Department of Health, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, and the Development Academy of the Philippines.

Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance and the De La Salle University-Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance joined from the academe, while the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) and Democracy Watch led the civil society sector.FEATURED STORIES
