MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) plans to deploy the Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS) across 315 government agencies as part of the Marcos administration’s digitalization effort.

In its 2025 annual report, the DBM noted its three-year rollout plan for the system from 2026 to 2028.

The government identified seven pilot agencies for 2026. The DBM and BTr are in the post-go-live phase, while five other pilot agencies prepare for deployment.
