1. Movement: I start early, before the day gathers pace. Movement helps me settle into the morning — strength training, stretching or, when possible, a short game of tennis.2. Nutrition: My meals are simple and home-cooked, whenever possible. Fresh ingredients and seasonal foods work best, especially on long and unpredictable workdays. I eat in a way that feels sustainable rather than restrictive.3. Balance: Routine builds balance. When the body is active and the mind has clarity, decision-making becomes steadier and the day feels more manageable.4. De-stress: Tennis helps release physical tension and clears my head. Painting offers a quieter counterpoint. Even carrying a sketchbook allows me to pause briefly and notice details I might otherwise miss.5. Winding down: Evenings are about easing out of the day’s momentum. After dinner, I unwind with my husband over a film or a few pages of reading. Creating a clear break from work helps me return the next day with better focus.(Devyani Jaipuria is Director, RJ Corp – Healthcare & Education)Published on June 15, 2026
