Overnight conditions across Bulgaria are expected to gradually stabilize, with precipitation coming to an end and cloud cover breaking up. Skies will clear to mostly calm and predominantly clear weather. In the hours after midnight, fog patches or low-lying cloud layers are likely to develop in parts of the plains. Atmospheric pressure will remain slightly above the seasonal average but is forecast to gradually decrease and move closer to typical values for the month.
For Tuesday during the day, weather conditions will begin mostly sunny, particularly before noon. Later in the afternoon, atmospheric instability will increase, especially over mountainous areas and northeastern parts of the country, where cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds are expected to form. In some locations, these developments may bring short-lived showers and thunderstorms. Winds will remain light, mainly from the east-northeast. Daytime highs will generally range between 27°C and 32°C, while coastal areas along the Black Sea will be cooler at 22°C to 26°C. In Sofia, temperatures are expected to reach around 28°C.
Along the Black Sea coast, the day will start mostly sunny, although morning hours may bring reduced visibility in certain areas due to fog. In the afternoon, cloud cover will temporarily increase, particularly along the northern coastline, where isolated rainfall cannot be ruled out. Winds will be light to moderate, coming from the east-southeast. Sea temperatures will remain between 20°C and 22°C, with wave heights around 1–2 points.
