TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Three former leaders of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) are suspected of intervening with the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) regarding the procurement of goods and services from 2025 to 2026. These purchases have become a public discussion on social media.The Attorney General's Office has designated three individuals as suspects in the alleged corruption of the MBG program management at the BGN during the 2025-2026 period. They include the former Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana as well as his two former deputies, Retired Police Inspector General Sony Sonjaya and Retired Lieutenant General Lodewyk Pusung.According to Syarief, the suspects' intervention caused the Procurement Work Reference (KAK) for goods and services at BGN to become incompatible with actual field needs. Not only that, Dadan and others' intervention also resulted in price inflation, or mark-up.
