(Photo from Angeles City Information Office) Another victim recovered from the rubble of a collapsed building in Angeles City, Pampanga has died.The male victim was retrieved by emergency responders at past 12 a.m. Monday from the site of the collapsed structure in Barangay Balibago.According to initial information from the Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, responders tried to revive the victim who was later declared dead.Earlier, a Malaysian citizen who was trapped in an apartelle next to the collapsed building died following the incident.The foreigner’s remains have been recovered.The collapse happened early Sunday morning, prompting authorities to conduct round-the-clock search and rescue operations to find the victims.As of posting time, 26 out of 47 victims have been rescued while 18 others remain missing. Most of the trapped victims are believed to be construction workers. — JMA, GMA News
