ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — Rescuers recovered a third body from the rubble of the collapsed nine-story building under construction in Barangay Balibago here, authorities confirmed Monday, May 25.
In its latest update, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said it retrieved the latest victim from the wreckage of the mixed-use structure along Teodoro Street. No other details were immediately available.
