Multiple students and insiders who spoke to SaharaReporters on condition of anonymity for fear of victimisation alleged that the school has become an atmosphere of fear where both students and lecturers “walk on eggshells.”

The sources accused the Provost of allegedly imposing excessive financial penalties on students, frustrating lecturers perceived to disagree with her, withholding salaries and using threats of expulsion to suppress dissent within the institution.

One insider alleged that despite assigning responsibilities to staff members, the Provost allegedly insists that every decision must align strictly with her personal directives.
