Intel Is Shipping Panther Lake Chips Made With High-NA EUV; Apple, Nvidia and Broadcom Are the Real Test

Intel has started using ASML’s High-NA EUV equipment to manufacture selected layers of some Panther Lake processors, giving the semiconductor industry its first commercial logic chips produced partly with the new lithography system. The deployment remains limited to a portion of production at Intel’s Oregon development campus, while conventional EUV machines continue to support the wider Intel 18A manufacturing flow.
