A total of 277 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded at the front on September 9.
As reported by Ukrinform, this was stated in a report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the situation as of 8:00 on Thursday, September 10, posted on Facebook.
The enemy launched 91 airstrikes, dropping 331 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian invaders deployed 10,913 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,117 shelling attacks.
In the Sumy region, Korenok, Tovstodubove, Pysarivka, Ulanove, Khotin, Yastrubshchyna, Sadky, Myropillia, and Ivolzhanske came under artillery fire. The areas of Vilna Sloboda and Bereza were hit by airstrikes.
Ukrainian Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck one cluster of Russian personnel, six artillery systems, two UAV control posts, and one surface-to-air missile system.
