War update: 240 combat clashes on front lines over past day, most on Pokrovsk front

A total of 240 combat engagements between Ukrainian forces and Russian invaders were recorded along the front line on September 3.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said this in a Facebook update as of 08:00 on September 4.

According to the update, the enemy launched 100 airstrikes, dropping 294 guided aerial bombs.

In addition, Russian invaders used 10,334 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,048 attacks on settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops.

In the Sumy region, the settlements of Koreniok, Pysarivka, Bachivsk, Ulanove and Sukhodil came under Russian artillery fire. Airstrikes also targeted areas near Tolstodubove, Esman, Sadky and Ivolzhanske.
