Police in Piraeus have arrested a psychologist on suspicion of involvement in a drug dealing network.
The psychologist, nicknamed “The Doctor,” allegedly supplied synthetic drugs to a 41-year-old man who ran a drug dealing network in the western Athens suburb of Haidari.
The 41-year-old man was arrested along with the psychologist and a 45-year-old man. Police seized more than two kilograms of drugs, 180 pills, 100 cannabis-infused candies and €15,565 in cash during searches.
The 41 year old allegedly sold cannabis, cocaine and other substances from his home, transported drugs himself or used a courier company to send packages to customers elsewhere.
