MANILA, Philippines — Agricultural damage from the enhanced southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones Luis, Maymay, and Neneng has risen to P2.32 billion, the Department of Agriculture (DA) said.
The latest tally showed a 21.5-percent increase from P1.91 billion in losses reported by the agency on Monday.
