MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather conditions with chances of rainshowers are forecast across the country on Friday as the southwest monsoon or habagat weakens, according to the state weather bureau.
In the 5 a.m. weather forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration, weather specialist Obet Badrina said that while southwest monsoon continues to affect Luzon, its weakening will prevail until Saturday.
