MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is expected in Luzon on Friday as the low pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) has dissipated, the state weather bureau said on Thursday.
According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist John Manalo, the LPA dissipated at 8 a.m. on Thursday.
He noted that the weather system brought rains over Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon the past few days.
