MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon will continue to bring rains over parts of Luzon on Saturday, according to the state weather bureau.
In the 5 a.m. weather forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration, weather specialist Veronica Mendoza said that monsoon rains, or continuous rains, will prevail over Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro.
