A man has been arrested in northwestern Greece after officers who stopped his car for an inspection found drugs with an estimated street value of €100,000, police said Wednesday.
A police statement said the 53-year-old suspect was taken into custody Tuesday evening in the Kozani area. Police searched his car and located nearly 700 grams of cannabis oil.
Smaller quantities of cannabis oil and marijuana were found in a subsequent raid on the suspect’s home in the nearby town of Ptolemaida.
