MANILA, Philippines — Orange rainfall warning has been raised by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) over Metro Manila and six other areas on Monday morning, August 10, amid the southwest monsoon (habagat).
In its 8 a.m. advisory on Monday, Pagasa said the orange warning was hoisted in the following areas, cautioning residents to be prepared and that flooding was “threatening:”
