MANILA, Philippines — Heavy rainfall is still forecast in parts of Luzon Sunday evening even as red rainfall warnings were lifted in three provinces, according to the state weather bureau.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in its 8 p.m. advisory, said an orange rainfall warning is still in effect in parts of Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga and Bulacan due to the effects of the enhanced southwest monsoon or “habagat.”
