MANILA, Philippines—Metro Manila roads remained flooded Sunday morning, with several areas in Quezon City, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Malabon and Manila reporting water levels ranging from ankle to knee-deep high, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Sunday.

In an advisory, the MMDA reported flooding in these areas as of 11 a.m.:
