The Thessaloniki metro’s schedule has been temporarily revised for Thursday and Friday to facilitate extension work.

On Thursday, the last trains will depart at 9 p.m. two hours earlier than the usual 11 p.m., while on Friday services will begin at 7 a.m. instead of the regular 5.15 a.m.

Work is in progress for the metro’s Kalamaria Extension, which will connect the city center with Kalamaria, Aretsou, Nea Krini, and Mikra. The extension is scheduled to begin operating this summer.
