In commemoration of Mandela Month, Vector Logistics, in partnership with the Imbumba Foundation, brought hope and much-needed relief to vulnerable families through its Winter Food Relief Programme within its Durban operational footprint.

The initiative, held on July 30, 2026, formed part of the company's commitment to honour Nelson Mandela's legacy through meaningful acts of service, in this instance helping to alleviate food insecurity experienced by vulnerable families.

The first distribution took place at Chesterville Community Hall, where 80 deserving families received food parcels. Beneficiaries were identified with the assistance of the uMgogodla Women's Forum and the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta).
