The trio appeared in the Malmesbury Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
The trio implicated in a mass shooting that resulted in the death of two people and the injury of eight others, including a one-year-old, are expected to apply for bail next week.
Juanito Moses, 29, Dirkie Hendricks, 26, and Reginald April, 32, made a brief appearance in the Malmesbury Magistrate’s Court and were formally charged with two counts of murder and eight counts of attempted murder.
Moses was arrested on Monday, while his co-accused, Hendricks and April, were arrested on Tuesday.
The State is set to prove that the trio, who are members of a local gang in the Wesbank area, made their way onto a property on Godetia Street, Wesbank, on Sunday, July 12, and opened fire on unsuspecting victims.
