Russian forces have launched 74 attacks on Ukrainian Defense Forces' positions since the start of the day, with the heaviest fighting taking place on the Sloviansk and Pokrovsk fronts.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the update on Facebook in its operational briefing as of 16:00 on Saturday, July 11.

Russian troops continue to shell Ukraine's border areas with artillery. The settlements of Korenok, Neskuchne, Volfyne, Yastrubshchyna, Bachivsk, Potapivka, Tovstodubove, and Hirky in the Sumy region, as well as Haty in the Chernihiv region, came under fire throughout the day.

Russian aircraft also carried out strikes on the city of Sumy.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian defenders and Russian forces engaged in one combat clash. Russian troops shelled Ukrainian positions and nearby settlements 39 times in this sector, including two attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.
