Aletta Rose appeared in the Bellville Magistrate's Court via video link
The son of Constance “Connie" Scholtz on Thursday relived the trauma of finding his 79-year-old mother’s dismembered body in her Bellville South home.
This, as his aunt, Aletta Rose, returned to the Bellville Magistrate's Court, charged with her sister's murder.
Rose appeared via video link from prison rather than in the dock.
The arrangement follows her previous courtroom appearances, which included refusing legal representation twice, lashing out at the prosecutor, and declaring she would not attend court at all.
