Comrade Folayemi Racheal Akinfolarin has emerged as the African Action Congress (AAC) candidate to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing the Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency of Ogun State, in the 2027 general elections.

Reacting to her emergence as the party's candidate for the constituency, Akinfolarin pledged to deliver purposeful representation and transparent leadership to the people of Ifo and Ewekoro constituency.

In a statement addressed to residents of the constituency on Sunday, May 24, 2026, Akinfolarin said her aspiration was driven by the need to build a better future for the people of Ifo and Ewekoro through practical solutions to pressing challenges confronting the constituency.
