The AAC candidate lamented that despite the enormous agricultural, mineral and human resources available across the Akoko region, the area has yet to fully harness its potential for economic growth and job creation.
The candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) for the Akoko South-East/Akoko South-West Federal Constituency in Ondo State, Honourable Atere Oyebola, has pledged to provide serious, business-like and people-oriented political representation if elected into the House of Representatives in the 2027 general elections.
Oyebola made the pledge in a statement issued on Tuesday in Akungba-Akoko following his emergence as the AAC candidate for the federal constituency.
According to him, his emergence on the platform of the AAC, which he described as the only true alternative political party in Nigeria, signals the beginning of a new phase of political leadership and representation for the people of Akoko South-East and Akoko South-West local government areas.
“My emergence as the House of Representatives candidate on the platform of the only true alternative party in Nigeria, the African Action Congress (AAC), for the 2027 General Elections is an invitation to a new lease of political representation and leadership for the people of Akoko South-East and South-West,” he said.
