A 56-year-old man who was seriously injured in a three-car collision Friday morning in coastal Agia Marina, south of Athens, died shortly after being admitted to a hospital in nearby Voula.
The circumstances surrounding the crash, which occurred on the Athinon-Souniou coastal avenue, remain under investigation.
The drivers of the other two vehicles involved sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital in Voula for treatment.
Traffic police are continuing to investigate the cause of the accident.
