Two drivers were injured Tuesday afternoon when a car and a motorcycle collided on Athens-Sounion Avenue near Althea beach in Koropi, southeast of Athens.
Ambulances from Greece’s emergency medical service responded to the scene and took the injured drivers to hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known.
The crash caused temporary traffic disruptions in both directions of the coastal avenue.
Authorities were investigating the circumstances of the collision.
