Cool conditions and scattered Showers expected across South Africa on Wednesday.
South Africans can expect a cool and partly cloudy Wednesday as a weak weather system spreads isolated showers and thundershowers across several provinces, while strong coastal winds create hazardous sea conditions in the south-west.
The South African Weather Service has issued a Yellow Level 2 warning for damaging coastal winds between Table Bay and Cape Agulhas.
These strong south-easterly to easterly winds are expected to make navigation at sea difficult, especially during the morning hours along the south-west coast where gale-force winds are possible.
Rain chances will remain highest over parts of the Western Cape, Northern Cape and central interior. The south-eastern Northern Cape has a 60% chance of showers and thundershowers, while much of the Western Cape, central Northern Cape and western interior carry a 30% chance of rain.
