Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) has announced a project to set up four theme-based townships and cities in its jurisdiction.
Two theme-based townships have been proposed at Kothavalasa village in Bheemunipatnam mandal and Sontyam village in Anandapuram mandal. The locations for the other two projects are yet to be finalised as the VMRDA is working on identification of land parcel for the townships.
