Renowned human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN, has said the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) did not act illegally by freezing the accounts of the Osun State Government, insisting that the anti-graft agency has the legal power to freeze the funds of federal, state and local governments subject to judicial oversight.
