Omoyele Sowore, human rights activist, has been remanded in Kuje prison by the Federal High Court over cybercrime charges for allegedly cyberstalking Presi

Sowore was remanded after the court revoked his bail in an ongoing case.

Sowore has been standing trial on allegations brought by the Department of State Services (DSS) linked to those public statements, charges he has consistently denied.

The proceedings are scheduled to resume today, Monday, June 22, 2026.
