President Trump’s special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner plan to visit Moscow and Kyiv this weekend for talks on ending the war.
According to Ukrinform, Axios reported this, citing U.S. officials.
Witkoff and Kushner will travel on Friday, hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin on Saturday and then meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv on Sunday.
This will be the first visit by Washington’s envoys to Kyiv since President Trump returned to office.
On Thursday, Witkoff and Kushner discussed the upcoming trip with Trump at the White House.
