Ukraine is ready to cooperate with Moldova and Romania on energy, the development of export routes, and strengthening security capabilities.
As reported by an Ukrinform correspondent, President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in Chișinău during a joint press conference with President of Moldova Maia Sandu and President of Romania Nicușor Dan.
“Ukraine, Moldova, and Romania are natural allies in logistics, energy and many other areas. And it is important to develop this. This is something that makes all of us stronger. Ukraine is ready to support the development of the security capabilities of our neighbors – both Moldova and Romania. The leaders know the details, and we expect our joint steps to produce results,” Zelensky stressed.
He noted that Ukraine always coordinates its steps with Moldova in the area of European integration and emphasized that the two countries will definitely become full members of the European Union.
Zelensky thanked Romania for its support in Ukraine’s relations with the European Union and at the level of EU institutions.
