OVP Assistant Secretary Lemuel Ortonio was called to the witness stand by the prosecution team on Tuesday in connection with Vice President Sara Duterte’s alleged misuse of confidential funds (CFs).
Ortonio, who also serves as assistant chief of staff at the OVP, was later declared a hostile witness by the Senate impeachment court.
