Vice President Sara Duterte requested P125 million in confidential funds in 2022 before her office had a written plan, raising concerns from the prosecution.

The Office of the Vice President submitted a request for P250 million for confidential spending, but only provided a physical and financial plan after the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) requested additional documents.
