MANILA, Philippines – The prosecution and defense agree to several stipulations involving the confidential funds of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and the Department of Education (DepEd) under Sara Duterte, except for the claim that the OVP spent its P125 million confidential fund allocation within 11 days.

The OVP received a P125 million confidential fund allocation in December 2022.
DepEd received P37.5 million in confidential funds every quarter.
