Touws River mother and boyfriend has been arrested for the alleged rape and murder of their disabled six-year-old daughter.

These are the words of a grief-stricken grandmother, who now has to deal with the news that her disabled granddaughter was allegedly raped and murdered by her daughter’s boyfriend.
The child's 28-year-old mother and her boyfriend accused of murder, rape and child neglect following the girl's death in Belma Way, Touws River on Monday, August 3.
The man is not the child's biological father.
