Two women were arrested in Mykonos for stealing two high-value watches from a hotel room, police said Thursday.
According to the case file, the suspects, aged 27 and 31, took two watches with a total estimated value of €42,000 from a room where a 27-year-old foreign tourist was staying.
During their arrest officers found one of the stolen watches in their possession, which was returned to its owner.
The women are expected to appear before a prosecutor to face charges of theft.
