Police in Mykonos have arrested two men for allegedly stealing tools and equipment from construction sites in various areas of the Cycladic island.

According to the investigation, the perpetrators removed drills, cutters, construction wheels, as well as a number of other tools and materials from four sites where hotels are being built. The total value of the stolen goods is estimated at €37,000.

Authorities are investigating their possible involvement in other similar cases.
