Since joining CreatorIQ last year, Jennifer Cho has reworked how the influencer marketing platform functions and connects with customers, all while reducing overhead costs by 20%. As CreatorIQ’s chief customer officer, Cho leads a global team across 10 offices responsible for the entire post-sale journey for 1,400 customers, helping to drive $80 million in revenue.

A 2026 Ad Age Leading Women honoree, Cho’s organization spans implementation, customer success, product support and education. Plus, she created Strategic Services, pairing analytics consulting with execution to further connect with brands that may not have the in-house capability or budget to scale their influencer strategies. And CreatorIQ has added new teams in Paris and Asia-Pacific, extending its global footprint.

At the same time, Cho advises clients on identifying trends and educates both staffers and customers on the industry.

Her path to CreatorIQ was a bit unconventional: She went from working in music with the likes of Aaliyah into experiential marketing, helping client MetroPCS launch its prepaid mobile service. She later worked at Fish Technologies, then led the Southwest region at Weber Shandwick and, according to her entry, was the first woman of color to lead a business unit at that agency. During her brief time at co-working company The Wing, she rose from chief marketing officer to CEO. She was then CEO of Creator Deck, an influencer and social marketing agency.
