Marketing Architects, a TV advertising agency, delivered its best new-business year in its 28-year history in 2025 thanks in large part to Elena Jasper. As the agency’s first chief marketing officer, a member of its executive board and the owner of its marketing and sales budget, Jasper led this growth despite major disruption to the space coming from the likes of streaming, data privacy and AI, which are reshaping how TV advertising is bought, measured and optimized.

Under Jasper’s direction, TV new-business revenue grew 280% last year. When she stepped into the role of CMO in March 2025, she built a new unified strategy, brand infrastructure and demand-generation capability. Now, Jasper—a 2026 Ad Age Leading Women honoree—leads a team spanning marketing, sales, design and operations, with direct accountability for new business growth and revenue.

After finding that most business-to-business buyers choose vendors before a formal search begins, Jasper led efforts to build authority and awareness in the marketplace. Part of that included creating “The Marketing Architects Podcast,” a show she hosts that ranks in the top 2.5% of U.S. podcasts, according to the agency.
