Russian crude oil exports dropped in July from very high levels in June as some of the country's refineries started to show the first signs of recovery from waves of Ukrainian drone attacks and more crude was sent their way to help remedy a domestic fuel shortage. At the same time, however, a rise in attacks on vessels in the Black Sea has disrupted all shipments in the region, including Russian oil exports.
