MANILA, Philippines — A gale warning was raised by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) over six areas in Luzon on Monday, August 10, due to the southwest monsoon (habagat).
In the agency’s morning weather forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said the seaboards off the following areas may experience waves between 2.8 and 4.5 meters:
