MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte leads former Vice President and current Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo in a hypothetical head-to-head vote-intention matchup for the 2028 presidential election, according to an OCTA Research Tugon ng Masa survey.
The survey, conducted from July 4 to 11, asked 1,200 adult respondents: “If the May 2028 elections were held today, who would you vote for as President?”

A total of 43 percent chose Duterte, while 34 percent said they would vote for Robredo. Meanwhile, 22 percent were undecided, chose neither candidate, or declined to answer.
