MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte and Senators Christopher “Bong” Go and Robinhood Padilla topped the survey for the presidential, vice presidential, and senatorial race in the 2028 elections, according to Pulse Asia on Wednesday.
Pulse Asia conducted an “Ulat ng Bayan” survey from June 28 to July 6, 2026, using face-to-face interviews among 2,400 respondents aged 18 years and above nationwide.
The survey showed that 49% of respondents would vote for Duterte if the May 2028 elections were held now.

Duterte still led Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo by a margin of 23 points (26%) and other hypothetical candidates such as Senator Raffy Tulfo (14%), Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon (1%), Baguio City Mayor Benjie Magalong (1%), and Metro Manila Development Authority General Manager Nicolas Torre (0.1%).
